His responsibilities as Cadmus’ COO will include managing organizational performance, programs, business processes, acquisitions, operational due diligence and growth initiatives, the strategic and technical consultancy said Tuesday.
Lynch noted that he aims to establish an operational model to drive the company’s expansion.
Prior to the appointment, he served as a senior vice president at ICF and directed operations for its public sector group.
Cadmus provides support to government and commercial clients in various program areas such as public health, international development and transportation.
