Cadmus Appoints Susan Chodakewitz as Chief Growth Strategy Officer

Susan Chodakewitz, former president and CEO of international economic and analytics consulting firm Nathan Associates, has been named chief growth strategy officer of technical and strategic consultancy Cadmus.

Cadmus President and CEO Ian Kline said in a statement published Thursday Chodakewitz brings to the position her experience in building businesses based on strategic priorities, client engagement and capability integration.

Chodakewitz joined Cadmus as executive vice president of public sector strategy following the company’s acquisition of Nathan Associates in February.

She held senior leadership roles at Tetra Tech, Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) and Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH). She also served in the U.S. government and worked at the Center for Strategic and International Studies earlier in her career.

She serves on the Professional Services Council’s executive committee and chairs PSC’s Council of International Development Companies Executive Advisory Board. She also serves as vice chair of nonprofit think tank The Stimson Center.
