CACI Internationals (NYSE: CACI) U.K. subsidiary has completed its purchase of software and systems engineering services provider Purple Secure Systems for an undisclosed sum.
“The acquisition adds significant growth to CACI Ltd.’s business and contributes to one of our strategic objectives to build a cybersecurity and defense business, ” Greg Bradford, CEO of CACI Ltd., said in a statement released Monday.
CACI Ltd. will integrate Purple Secure Systems with its information technology solutions business that works to provide software applications, systems integration and consultancy support services to government and commercial clients.
