Jack London, executive chairman and chairman of the board at CACI International (NYSE: CACI), has been named a governance fellow by the National Association of Corporate Directors.
CACI said Monday NACDs Fellowship initiative serves as the organizations highest credential for governance professionals and corporate directors and aims to help directors learn about the latest boardroom practices, intelligence and insights.
London said NACD establishes the gold standard for board directors and exemplifies the highest level of leadership and commitment to establishing best practices.
The knowledge and insights we obtain through the NACD Fellowship program are of great value to CACI and our shareholders, he added.
Londons involvement in the Fellowship program seeks to reflect his commitment to efforts to build up capabilities and best practices in board leadership in support of corporate performance and governance as well as boardroom management.
His selection came three years after NACD named Warren Phillips, lead director at CACIs board, as a fellow.
