Mike Gregoire Mike Gregoire , CEO of CA Technologies (Nasdaq: CA) since 2013, has succeeded Art Weinbach as chairman of the software vendor’s board of directors.
He has led CA in brand transformation, market footprint growth and workforce investment efforts over the past five years, the company said Wednesday .
The 25-year industry veteran previously led Taleo as president and CEO from 2015 until its nearly $2 billion sale to Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) in 2012.
He also served as executive vice president of PeopleSoft ‘s global services group for five years and as head of EDS ‘ global financial markets group.
Additionally, CA named Rohit Kapoor as the lead independent board director.
