TYSONS CORNER, VA, August 24, 2020 — KBR (NYSE: KBR) will help the U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center ensure operational viability of the branch's B-52 Stratofortress bomber fleet under a five-year, $40M recompete task order, ExecutiveBiz reported Aug. 11.
Byron Bright, president of KBR's government solutions business and 2020 Wash100 awardee, said the company will work USAF to sustain the aircraft and develop approaches to address the obsolescence issues for the fleet.
