Phacil will provide expertise and information technology services as part of the DISN Secure Systems Engineering and Evolution Support program, building on the company’s engineering support work for all gateways, layers and elements of DISN’s infrastructure since 2019, By Light said Tuesday.
The contractor will also support research, development, planning and implementation efforts for current and legacy IT platforms and capabilities used by DISA and the Department of Defense.
