TYSONS CORNER, VA, December 6, 2018 ” Tom McCabe, a senior vice president at BWX Technologies (NYSE: BWXT), has received recognition from the Association of Corporate Counsel’s National Capital Region chapter as the “Outstanding Chief Legal Officer of the Year,” ExecutiveBiz reported Nov. 15.
BWXT said Nov. 14 McCabe, who also serves as general counsel, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary at the company, was cited for his role in the merger transaction between Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) and his previous employer Orbital ATK earlier this year.
