Army Corps of Engineers Picks Bryan Construction for $129M Aircraft Maintenance Facility Project

Federal Contracting, doing business as Bryan Construction, has won a 32-month, $128.7 million contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to build aircraft maintenance support facilities and equipment at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota.

USACE received two bids for the project via an online-based solicitation process, the Defense Department said Friday.

The firm-fixed-price contract covers the construction of a consolidated unit to maintain helicopters, an operations facility, an aircraft maintenance shelter and an alert hangar.

The Air Force obligated the full amount of the award using military construction funds for fiscal year 2019 through fiscal 2022.

Services will occur at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota and end on Nov. 17, 2025.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers conducted an online procurement process for the firm-fixed-price contract and received two offers.

Registered as Federal Contracting Inc., Bryan Construction is a contractor for commercial builds, renovations, multi-family housing and federal construction.
