Brian Freiburger, Dennis Emmert, Tim Horn Join E3/Sentinel CWMD Team; Andy Maner Quoted

McLean, Va.-based technology services contractor E3/Sentinel has added industry experts Brian Freiburger, Tim Horn and Dennis Emmert to its countering weapons of mass destruction team to offer consulting and strategic management assistance to the company and customers.

œTheir knowledge of the challenges of the missions our customers face, informed by their many years in uniform and in government, is already bringing a fresh perspective on how we are assisting these critical missions, E3/Sentinel CEO Andy Maner said in a statement published Wednesday.

Freiburger brings over two decades of leadership experience in the Department of Defense and the U.S. Air Force to E3/Sentinel as director of CWMD programs. He previously worked at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, where he served as a liaison to DoD and member of the consequence management advisory teams.

Horn, who leads E3/Sentinel™s systems engineering and technical assistance work with the Space Development Agency, will assume the additional role of CWMD executive adviser. He has over three decades of experience in the Air Force and previously served as a strategic adviser to the director of DTRA.

Emmert, a 26-year U.S. Army veteran, will serve as a CWMD executive adviser at the company. His military career included time as director of the Army Nuclear and CWMD Agency and deputy chief for CBRN preparedness policy in the office of the defense secretary.
