Brett Pierson , former vice president of defense strategy and sales at Textron’s (NYSE: TXT) aviation segment, has been promoted to president and CEO of the Textron Aviation Defense business .
He succeeds the retiring Tom Hammoor and will also hold the title of senior VP for defense and special missions, the company said Monday.
