Bradford Powell
Bradford Powell, a 10-year veteran of Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), has been appointed vice president and general manager of the command and control, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance business at Cubic‘s (NYSE: CUB) mission solutions segment.
He will lead the implementation of C2ISR programs and business growth strategy in his new position, Cubic said Thursday.
Mike Twyman, president of Cubic Mission Solutions, said Powell’s appointment comes as the company aims to grow its footprint and offerings in the command, control, communications, computers and ISR market.
Powell previously held senior director roles within Northrop’s mission systems business,where he managed its work on the U.S. Army‘s Global Combat Support System and the U.S. Postal Service‘s Biohazard Detection System.
He spent four years as U.S Air Force acquisition officer and led tactical data link integration programs.
