A subsidiary of oil producer BP has won a one-year, $559 million contract from the Defense Logistics Agency to supply fuel products to the U.S. Army, Navy and Air Force.
The Defense Departmentsaid FridayBP Products North America will perform work under the fixed-price, economic-price-adjustment contract in Illinois, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates through Dec. 31, 2017.
DLA received 14 bids for the contract through a competitive acquisition process.
