TYSONS CORNER, VA, October 11, 2018 ” Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) has added former Defense Department official and WestExec Advisors Co-Founder Michele Flournoy as well as Goldman Sachs veteran Ellen Jewett to the management and technology consulting firm’s board of directors, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
The company said Tuesday new compensation committee member Flournoy’s appointment is effective Oct. 24, while Jewett will officially join the board and the audit committee on Oct. 25 — both of which will precede the retirement of long-time board member Philip Odeen on March 31, 2019.
