Booz Allen Lands DoD Enterprise Collaboration Service Support IDIQ

Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) has secured a five-year, $49.5M contract to support a Defense Information Systems Agency program that offers web conferencing and instant messaging services to Department of Defense personnel and mission partners.

DISA will provide $5K in fiscal 2019 operations and maintenance funds as a minimum guarantee on the single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Pentagon said Thursday.

Contractor support for the Defense Collaboration Services program will take place at DISA’s headquarters at Fort Meade in Maryland through Sept. 7, 2024.

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization received one proposal for the contract via FedBizOpps.

The agency uses an open-source platform to deliver enterprise collaboration services to DoD employees and via the nonclassified and secret internet protocol router networks.
