TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 22, 2018 Leanne Caret, president and CEO of Boeings (NYSE: BA) defense, space and security business, has said the company is set to deliver the KC-46 aerial refueling aircraft to the U.S. Air Force this year following several program milestones, ExecutiveBiz reported May 14.
Caret, a 2018 Wash100 recipient, cited in a video interview with Military Times aired May 13 milestones that would support delivery, including the completion of Boeings supplemental type certificate flight tests, which she described as the foundation to getting the aerial tanker fielded.
