TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 22, 2018 ” Leanne Caret, president and CEO of Boeing™s (NYSE: BA) defense, space and security business, has said the company is set to deliver the KC-46 aerial refueling aircraft to the U.S. Air Force this year following several program milestones, ExecutiveBiz reported May 14.
Caret, a 2018 Wash100 recipient, cited in a video interview with Military Times aired May 13 milestones that would support delivery, including the completion of Boeing™s supplemental type certificate flight tests, which she described as the foundation to getting the aerial tanker fielded.
