TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 16, 2018 Boeing (NYSE: BA) will utilize a software platform provided by Israel-based Assembrix that will work to secure intellectual property the U.S. company shares with vendors as part of design and additive manufacturing operations, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
The memorandum of agreement between the companies seeks to employ distribution methods that protect design information transmitted to various suppliers around the world that produce 3D-printed parts for Boeing’s commercial, space and defense products, the Chicago-based contractor said Monday.
