TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 27, 2018 ” Boeing (NYSE: BA) has gathered 10 local companies in Germany to be part of an industry team that would bid on a potential $5 billion contract for the German military’s procurement of heavy-lift helicopters, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.
Reuters reported Wednesday that the group includes the German units of international firms CAE, Honeywell, Rockwell Collins and Rolls-Royce and will offer Boeing’s H-47 Chinook helicopter, with maintenance and training services from the local partners.
