BlackBerry said Thursday that Daniels will succeed V. Prem Watsa as chair of the compensation, nomination and governance committee.
Daniels also serves as a director at Mercury Systems (Nasdaq: MRCY) and Two Six Technologies . He previously held a senior vice president role at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) and leadership positions at Network Solutions, LMI and the Northern Virginia Technology Council.
Disbrow, formerly the undersecretary of the U.S. Air Force, will succeed Barbara Stymiest as chair of the BlackBerry board’s audit and risk management committee.
She holds a similar role at Hensoldt and serves as a director at Mercury Systems, Sequa and SparkCognition Government Systems.
The three-decade military and civilian service veteran is also a senior fellow at Johns Hopkins University’s Applied Physics Laboratory.
