Bill Parker
Bill Parker, a more than two-decade government technology market veteran, has been named president and CEO of McLean, Va.-based program management and engineering services provider MCR.
He succeeds Vince Kiernan, who will continue to serve on MCR’s board of directors, the company said Monday.
Parker has held various leadership positions at IT contractors such as CACI International (NYSE: CACI), Sevatec, Salient Federal Solutions, NCI, Karta Technologies and Pinkerton Computer Consultants.
A U.S. Naval Academy graduate, he served in the U.S. Navy for six years.
MCR supports public sector clients in the areas of manned and unmanned aviation, defense technology, space and missile, aviation, homeland security and intelligence.
