TYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 20, 2016 ” Bill Birkhofer, senior vice president for aerospace and defense at Jacobs Engineering Group (NYSE: JEC), has said the company sees opportunities in commercial space launch services and the “commercialization” of low Earth orbit, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
