Former Constellis Exec Beth Skoletsky Joins Ultra I&C as Chief HR Officer

Beth Skoletsky, a human resources professional with 25 years of government contracting industry experience, has joined Ultra Intelligence & Communications as chief HR officer.

She will lead the development and implementation of Ultra I&C’s HR strategy and operations, and align the organizational culture agenda to corporate objectives, the company said Monday.

For more than three years, Skoletsky held the CHRO role at Constellis and helped transform the firm’s HR business practices and its corporate workforce.

Her GovCon sector experience also includes a nearly 14-year career at L3 Technologies, now L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX), and HR leadership positions at Engility, Whitney, Bradley & Brown.
