Battle Resource Management Inc. has purchased information technology provider Clearsoft for an undisclosed amount as part of an effort to help federal and commercial clients migrate to cloud platforms.
BRMi will combine Clearsoft’s agile software development systems into its models for business process redesign, BRMi said Wednesday.
Mike Battle, founder and CEO of BRMi, said the company intends for the acquisition to fill the gap in business process innovation and new technology required for digital transformation efforts.
BRMi will begin to provide business process assessment and software development, deployment and optimization services as a result of the Clearsoft buy.
