Phase 2 will cover compensation, learning management and talent management functionalities.
A potential vendor will provide interface development, system configuration, documentation, consulting, analysis, testing, data migration, training and testing services.
The SaaS-based HCMS should also be browser-agnostic and configurable to support 2.7K employees, 1.5K retirees and 5K guests annually, the notice states.
