TYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 4, 2016 ” DeEtte Gray, president of the intelligence and security sector at BAE Systems‘ U.S. Arm, has said that the cyber industry must invest in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and cyber education in an effort to scale the demand for cyber professionals, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.
Gray said during her keynote speech Wednesday that the industry must also invest in cyber training initiatives at each education level, as well as participate in public and private partnerships to fill cyber knowledge gaps.
œWe need cyber training that adapts to security threats “ as fast as our adversaries invent new methods of attack, she added.
œAnd, we need agile cyber education initiatives that are capable of educating students about the impact cyber attacks pose worldwide.”
