Suzanne Jones, formerly a senior director at BAE Systems, has been named vice president of business winning at nonprofit engineering innovation company Draper.
She will lead Draper’s capture and proposal process restructuring efforts and brings 21 years of experience to her new position, the organization said Wednesday.
Jones most recently served as senior director of business winning at BAE Systems‘ electronic systems sector and modernized the unit’s process to secure research and development projects.
Previously, the Liberty University alumna worked at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) as senior manager of proposal operations and led the Association of Proposal Management Professionals as CEO.
