Dave Wallen, senior vice president of ManTech International‘s (Nasdaq: MANT) cyber operations and exploitation business, will officially join KeyW on Jan. 29 as SVP of the Hanover, Maryland-based company’s advanced cyber business.
KeyW said Tuesday Wallen will bring more than 30 years of experience in leading strategies, growth and teams that support the intelligence community and related government agencies.
He previously served as VP of ManTech’s national security programs division and before that held VP and general manager roles within BAE Systems‘ intelligence and security sector.
The retired U.S. Marine Corps officer also served as a director at Quality Systems Inc. and as a senior manager at Price Waterhouse.
Under a signed employment agreement, Wallen will be eligible to purchase up to 100,000 shares of KeyW’s common stock as an incentive inducement the firm intends to grant over a period of five years.
