TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 26, 2018 BAE Systems and Dell EMC have established an alliance to offer a scalable hybrid cloud platform geared to support the federal governments information technology modernization initiatives, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
BAE said Monday the Federated Secure Cloud is designed to give access to mission-critical tools and enable users to collaborate using common business applications.
Al Whitmore, president of the intelligence and security sector at BAE, said the cloud offering is designed as a pre-engineered platform that is equipped with security credentials required for operations in a government environment.
“Our Federated Secure Cloud arrives embedded with customizable Dell EMC and VMware technologies to meet an agencys unique mission needs,” added Steve Harris, senior vice president and general manager of Dell EMCs federal business.
