TYSONS CORNER, VA, Feb. 13, 2017 A new study by BAE Systems has found that C-suite executives and information technology leaders have different views on cybersecurity responsibilities when it comes to cyber threat response, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
The company said Thursday 50 percent of IT leaders believe senior management should take charge in response activities while 35 percent of executives view the IT team as the responsible party.
Opinium conducted the survey of 984 IT decision-makers and 221 C-level executives about their views on cybersecurity and preparedness for incidents such as data breaches.
