TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 10, 2016 Amazon Web Services (Nasdaq: AMZN) has committed to offer $7 million in cloud computing training for 10, 000 service members, veterans and military spouses to assist career transitioning efforts, GovCon Executive reported Monday.
The company said Thursday its pledge is in support of the administration’s Joining Forces initiative that seeks to provide transitioning military the skills and knowledge needed for potential civilian careers.
