Avion Solutions has acquired Synectic Research & Analysis, a technology-based company that offers test planning and analysis services for space and missile defense programs. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Avion Solutions said Friday SRA’s capabilities align with its existing portfolio of offerings, enabling seamless post-acquisition integration and collaboration.
Huntsville, Alabama-based SRA brings a team of experts specializing in software development, modeling and simulation and testing and evaluation of missile defense systems and space technologies.

Avion Solutions has 30 years of experience in providing support to government and commercial customers in areas such as missile systems engineering, manufacturing and maintenance engineering and model-based systems engineering.
