TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 22, 2016 Volunteers for the North American Aerospace Defense Command’s Santa hotline will utilize Avaya‘s contact center platform to answer children’s calls from around the world, GovCon Executive reported Monday.
The company said Dec. 15 its Avaya Customer Engagement system will work to power the 23-hour NORAD Tracks Santa hotline to take calls from children regarding Santa Clause’s Christmas eve trip.
