August 1 Morning Report: GovCon Index Posts Friday Decline, Ends July With 5.58% Gain

    GovConIndexDOWNExecutive Mosaic’s GovCon Index closed Friday down 0.065 points to 82.248 to post weekly and monthly gains of 0.460 points and 5.58 percent, respectively.

    The Index remained in neutral range following second-quarter earnings reports from government contractors such as Raytheon (NYSE: RTN), L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) and Leidos (NYSE: LDOS).
