McLean, Virginia-based strategy consulting services contractor Attain has acquired cloud technology provider ACF Solutions in an effort to add new Salesforce knowledge and additional services to customers in the government, education and nonprofit sectors.
Attain said Tuesday ACF will act as a subsidiary and be led by co-founder and President Kristin Sharpe, who will transition into a new role as managing director of the business under new ownership.
The transaction increases Attain’s headcount to more than 500 employees that work with 30 government agencies across 40 states, 150 education institutions and 130 nonprofit organizations.
Sharpe helped launch Reston, Virginia-based ACF in 2003 and the firm completed its first Salesforce-based customer relationship management project two years later.
