TYSONS CORNER, VA, January 7, 2016 AT&T (NYSE: T), Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO), Deloitte, IBM (NYSE: IBM), Intel (Nasdaq: INTC), General Electric, Ericsson and Qualcomm Technologies have tied up in support of AT&T’s strategy to help local governments create more connected communities, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
AT&T said Tuesday it will provide Internet of Things platforms to carry out its smart cities framework, which covers infrastructure, citizen engagement, transportation and public safety.
