Atlas Research has won a contract to help the Department of Veterans Affairs update and simplify its platform for processing disability compensation claims. Washington, D.C.-based Atlas said Thursday it partnered with Amida and Prometheus Federal Services to develop a system for VA personnel to collect evidentiary materials needed to process claims for military veterans.
The proposed system is meant to help adjudicators address claims within a matter of days using medical data. Robin Portman, CEO of Atlas Research, said the company provides digital and technology offerings in efforts to help federal clients modernize agency operations and manage customer experience.
Atlas will apply human centered design, data mapping, software design and query development services in support of the VA’s project.
