A joint venture between Planned Systems International ’s ATL subsidiary and Navarro Research and Engineering has received a potential seven-year, $389M contract to help the Department of Energy operate a laboratory complex at the Hanford Site in Washington state.
The Hanford Laboratory Management and Integration team will manage and maintain the 222-S Laboratory Complex, a hazard category 3 facility built to support analytical work on tank waste storage and treatment operations, Navarro said Tuesday.
AECOM (NYSE: ACM) serves as the subcontractor on the Hanford 222-S Laboratory Contract.
The award contains a five-year base period and a pair of one-year options.
In a separate announcement, DOE said the small business set-aside contract replaces and consolidates two prior contracts held by Wastren Advantage and Washington River Protection Solutions
