TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 9, 2016 AT&T (NYSE: T) will seek to provide communications services to the Defense Information Systems Agency through potential task orders awarded under the $4.3 billion Global Networking Services contract, GovCon Executive reported March 2.
The company said March 1 it will offer software-defined networking, network integration and Ethernet services through the contract awarded in December.
Kay Kapoor, president of AT&T’s global public sector business and an inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 for 2016, said the award supports the company’s efforts to provide technology to help U.S. troops.
