ASRC Federal has received a potential five-year, $63.7M contract to help the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office train personnel in managing information and automating processes.
The company’s professional services group will provide training and library support for the USPTO’s knowledge management services unit to better instruct employees both virtually and in person, the agency said Friday in an award notice.
USPTO launched a competition in November 2019 to solicit for the contract with base year and four option years.
Work will take place at the agency headquarters in Alexandria, Va., and regional sites in Dallas, Denver, Detroit and California.
