Winthrop spent 15 years and nine months at Science Applications International Corp. before joining ASRC Federal. His last position was senior vice president of Finance, Defense & Civilian Sector Finance. He was SAIC’s vice president for Civilian Markets Customer Group Finance prior.

Winthrop has a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island.
