During her eight-year career at Valiant, Dominguez held roles of increasing responsibility, including senior program manager of joint training and multinational exercise programs for U.S. European Command and Africa Command, director of joint training and security cooperation programs, and senior director of operations.
Her industry career also includes time as a lead associate at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) and an operations concept analyst at Boeing (NYSE: BA).
Dominguez served in the Army as a mission manager, collection manager and production manager from 2001 to 2006.
