Kevin Stenstrom and Donnelle Moten have joined ARServices as director of business development and operations director for business transformation services, respectively.
Jay McCargo, ARServices president and CEO, said the new hires will assist the company in efforts to maintain growth and boost the delivery of services that meet the demand of government customers and teaming partners.
Stenstrom, former senior director for business development and strategic planning at ASRC Federal, will support ARServices’ defense and federal civilian portfolio development and expansion initiatives.
He is a retired U.S. Navy aviator who has served as a strategic planner in the military branch’s international programs office and communications interoperability branch chief for the Pacific Command’s communications systems directorate.
Moten, former vice president of operations at TaSM, will work to provide project management oversight and human capital management services to ARServices clients, as well as help accelerate the growth of the company’s federal management consulting and human capital management support businesses.
He was the president of VSE‘s federal group and senior vice president of its engineering and logistics directorate prior to joining TaSM.
