The U.S. Army has named 15 companies that will compete for task orders under a $7 billion hybrid contract for the design and construction of military facilities. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Galveston, Texas, serves as the contracting activity, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
The Army solicited bids online and received 35 submissions. The selected contractors are:

Work locations and funding will be determined per task order. The estimated completion date of the contract is on April 8, 2033.
USACE RFI for Remedial Action Construction
In December, USACE also announced that it is conducting market research for companies that can support the remedial action construction of the Iron King Mine–Humboldt Smelter Superfund Site at Dewey-Humboldt in Arizona. The potential five-year indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract is valued at $249 million.
The government will award the contract by the second quarter of fiscal 2027.
USACE is in charge of building and maintaining military facilities and infrastructures across the United States, strengthening national security and supporting defense missions. The Corps is also involved in environmental protection and restoration.
