Army Selects Six Contractors for Facility Demolition Services

Aleut Federal‘s ARS Aleut Demolition Services subsidiary, Bhate Environmental Associates, Central Environmental Inc., EnviroVantage, Neuber Demolition & Environmental Services and Ritz Construction have won spots on a five-year, $$95 million contract to help the U.S. Army demolish and abate excess facilities.

The six contractors will compete for orders under the firm-fixed-price contract awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of Defense said Monday.

Each order will determine funding and location of performance. Contract work is expected to be completed on April 18, 2026.

USACE, the contracting activity based in Huntsville, Alabama, conducted an online solicitation for the contract and received 13 bids.
