The Army Corps of Engineers launched a total small business set-aside competition for the Medical Facilities Support Services IIIa program, a multiple-award task order contract with a base ordering period of three years and two optional periods of 24 months, according to a solicitation notice published in March.
The MFSS IIIa contract covers non-personal services, including general project services, facility operation and maintenance services, project development, commissioning, quantity verification and analysis, occupancy support and facilities system services.
Contract work is expected to be performed within the contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.
