The Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command has posted a draft solicitation for a virtual learning environment to support the service branch’s training and education materials.
A notice posted Friday on SAM.gov stated that the Army Virtual Learning Environment 2.0 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract involves developing and implementing new learning products for the Army Distributed Learning Program.
TADLP products will include mobile devices, classrooms, desktops and learning facilities to support warfighting training at Fort Eustis in Virginia.

AVLE will have a one-year base performance period along with four option years.
Interested parties have until March 10 to submit feedback on the draft request for proposals.
