The Unrestricted Vertical MATOC covers construction, maintenance, repair and alteration work within the Forth Worth District that includes Texas, Louisiana and New Mexico and other states in the Southwestern Division, including Arkansas and Oklahoma, according to a solicitation notice published in September 2022.
The construction program includes air traffic control towers, office space, munitions training facilities, operations centers, dormitories, classrooms, dining facilities, vehicle maintenance shops, barracks, laboratories, joint operations centers, checkpoints, warehouses and supply support facilities using the design-build and design-bid-build process.
