The Washington-based private equity firm said Wednesday it plans to merge IAI with human intelligence platforms provider Xebec that Arlington Capital acquired in 2017.
David Wodlinger, a partner at Arlington Capital, said the company will support efforts to expand IAI™s capabilities in space systems, geospatial intelligence and missile defense in support of national security clients as well as offer career opportunities to its workforce through technology and human capital investments.
IAI CEO Dave Dzaran said the company is excited to combine with Xebec to form a technology platforms provider for the intelligence community.
