Tyto Athene said Tuesday it expects the acquisition to conclude at the end of June, subject to regulatory clearances and other customary closing conditions.
MindPoint has been providing cyber defense, architecture and engineering, governance, risk and compliance and proactive security services for federal agencies and commercial clients since 2009.
“The synergies between MindPoint and Tyto enable us to provide a fully integrated cyber solution approach that many of our customers seek to bolster their security postures against evolving cyber threats,” Tyto Athene CEO Dennis Kelly.
Tyto Athene is a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners and provides enterprise information technology, modern networking and cybersecurity services for U.S. defense, intelligence, space and public safety agencies worldwide.
“This acquisition strengthens Tyto’s cyber capabilities, adds scale, and supports further expansion into the federal law enforcement segment,” said Michael Lustbader, a managing partner at Arlington.
MindPoint President Patti Chanthaphone said she will take on a senior position at Tyo’s leadership team and help deliver cyber system integration capabilities to mission partners.
