Dayton, Ohio-headquartered UES provides support to defense and intelligence community customers, such as the Air Force Research Laboratory, investment banking firm SC&H Capital said Thursday.
SC&H Capital advised UES on the sale and noted the acquired entity will serve as a founding member of Eqlipse.
ACP launched Eqlipse in March to pursue national security business opportunities in cyber, signals intelligence engineering, research and development, digital operations and identity management.
