Eqlipse Technologies , a portfolio company of private equity firm Arlington Capital Partners , has acquired scientific research and technology development company UES for an undisclosed sum.
Dayton, Ohio-headquartered UES provides support to defense and intelligence community customers, such as the Air Force Research Laboratory, investment banking firm SC&H Capital said Thursday.
SC&H Capital advised UES on the sale and noted the acquired entity will serve as a founding member of Eqlipse.
